Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo, from Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was a native of Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter who is a professor, as well as Ilkay Silk who is a renowned actress director producer playwright educator and director of drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk's work on television has included her part in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland and she received an Gemini Awards nod in 2009. In 2009, she was cast as the Bo Dennis in the series Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk announced to the fans the joyous announcement that she became pregnant during the filming of the final episode of season 3 in an exclusive pre-show to promote Season Three. This was presented by Showcase at a special Season Three show held January 6th, 2013 prior to the show's premiere. Silk announced on Twitter June 20th that the show would return in the production. Season Four premiered on June 4, 2013 with Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN has named Bo's character alongside Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most talked about television couples of all time. E! voted it as top TV couple of the year 2013.
